Sideways Wheelbarrow

She lies on her side while you kneel in front of her.
You take her leg and, depending on her flexibility,
put it on your shoulder or hold it out in front of you.
It's an awkward kind of position, requiring you to concentrate on your knees,
your balance, her leg, and, of course, your thrusting.
Why bother with so many elements?
Because in this position you can make sure that you're all the way inside her. Again, having strong ab and butt muscles are important (they're ALWAYS important) and there are several exercise that focus on these groups.
